Job Description:
The new vacancies in the WIARD Promotions Press Team will mainly involve writing for the WIARD FM online magazine which is targeted at readers in the age range of 16-24 years old, who are primarily located in London and the Midlands, and focuses on the subjects of music, events and fashion.
Whilst the role of journalist is not currently a paid position candidate should relish the fact the articles published in the on-line magazine will be included in the printed publications of our off-line partners.
Journalist/writers will be offered assignments on a weekly basis which will involve producing copy covering the following areas:
- news articles/features
- interviews (musical artists etc)
- concert/event reviews
- fashions shows/reviews
- music reviews
Person Specification:
Ideally a person studying either; English, Journalism or any other media (or marketing) related discipline will successfully fill the vacancy and join our team of writers.
